Everyone who steps onto our docks or into our boats has a current waiver on file — adults and kids, renters and their non-paddling grandparents, members and first-time guests. It takes about two minutes online, it's good for the calendar year, and the front desk can see instantly who's covered, which means less clipboard and more lake. Sign yours (and your kids') below before you arrive and check-in is a wave, not a wait.
Good for the calendar year
Choose the right form.
Adult Participant
Anyone 18+ renting, sailing, paddling, riding, or taking a class.
The standard one. Covers all activities for the calendar year, including trips and racing.
Minor Participant
Anyone under 18 doing any activity, signed by a parent or legal guardian.
One form per child. Campers must have this on file before the first morning of Youth Camp — no signature, no sailing, no exceptions, and yes, we have heard every version of "the other parent has it."
Non-Participant Guest
Adults joining the fun without renting — passengers on a member's boat, dockside guests, trip tag-alongs.
Shorter form. If you might get talked into a canoe seat later (you will), sign the participant version instead and save yourself the second trip to the desk.
Non-Participant Minor
Kids present but not participating, signed by a parent or guardian.
Applies on the docks and in boats as a passenger. The moment they want a paddle in their hands, they need the Minor Participant form — upgrade online in a minute.

Waiver questions.
How long is a waiver good for?
The calendar year. Everyone re-signs each season — it keeps emergency contacts current, which matters more than the legal part.
Can I sign at the lake?
Yes, paper forms and a tablet live at the office. But the line moves a lot faster in July if you did it from home.
My kid is at camp drop-off and has no waiver on file. Now what?
You sign on the tablet at the office before you leave. It happens every session; Carol is very kind about it and keeps a list anyway.
Do spectators on the beach need one?
No — waivers start at the dock gate. The beach, the lawn, and the fire ring are yours, form-free.
