One boat, one paddle, one very quiet hour.
Our singles are stable recreational kayaks — twelve feet, big cockpit, no spray-skirt gymnastics required — chosen so that a first-timer can be comfortable in five minutes and a regular can still enjoy the glide.
They're the right tool for the shoreline tour: Farallon Cove's east shore is all granite outcrops, tamarack bog, and cabin docks, and a kayak draws few enough inches to poke into every corner of it.
